Heath McClung Steele (1884-1956) was a director and vice president of American Metal Company, Limited from 1923 to 1954. The company engaged in mining in many parts of the United States, Canada, Mexico, and South Africa. He was also president of various subsidiary companies, such as Compañía Minera de Peñoles, S.
